Participants would either receive a copy of this card a Blastoise card or the Venusaur card and the Trade Please! card. Participants of the Pokémon card game were required to mail a flyer included with copies of Trade Please by Suzukisan. First released in 1998 the Japanese Expansion Pack, this card was reprinted as an Unnumbered Promotional card with different artwork by Ken Sugimori. The centerpiece of this collection starts off with the highly coveted first Edition Charizard card. For our first collection we narrowed it down from the nearly 10,000 cards, and chose the top 10 cards (plus one bonus) for our first batch of highly limited-edition pieces. What better way to launch our brand than by paying tribute to the highest grossing Media franchises of all time, Japan’s Pokémon. Background 1998 Charizard First Edition Card
